When relocating to another province
By law, a shareholders’ meeting must be held to pass a special resolution to amend Clause 2 of the Memorandum of Association (Company Office).
A shareholders’ meeting must be convened, and the resolution must be approved by at least three-fourths of the total votes present. Only then can the amendment to the Memorandum of Association and the change of address be registered.
Required documents are the same as for relocating within the same province, plus:

Payment of stamp duty of 50 Baht.

Company certificate: 40 Baht per item
Certified copy of registration application: 50 Baht per page
Applications for changing a company address can be submitted at any DBD or Ministry of Commerce office nationwide, according to the location of the head office, or via the DBD’s e-Register system.

2. Original VAT registration certificate (Por.Por.20)
3. Proof of business premises, such as:
- Lease agreement with stamp duty (if rented) or letter of consent to use the premises (if provided free by the owner)
- Copy of house registration of the business location
- Copy of ownership documents, e.g., title deed, transfer document, sublease agreement
- Copy of ID card and house registration of the lessor/consentor
4. Map showing the new business location, with photographs (interior and exterior)
5. Power of attorney with stamp duty (if not applying in person)
6. Copy of the ID card of the authorized company director
7. Copy of partnership agreement or entity contract (if amended)
8. Copy of company registration certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
Note: Companies registered for VAT must notify the Revenue Department at least 15 days before relocation.
