1. Accounting and auditing fees

201 or more items 10,000 baht 30,000 baht

* note: The above fees may be changed according to the difficulty in preparing and checking the accounts of each company. And does not include document transfer fee. 500 baht per time Only in Bangkok

2. New Company Registration Service Fee: THB 5,000 per company (excluding VAT). Government fees and other official charges required by the relevant authorities are not included.


3. Service fee for preparing the annual meeting invitation letter (Limited company) Post newspaper Submit the Certified Copy the list of shareholders 3,000 baht per time.


4. Substitution fee in the event that the Revenue Department wants to call (Only when there is a summons from the Revenue Department And has been approved by the authorization from the customer 3,000 baht per time. Only in Bangkok)
